Great spot to hangout with friends. Ambience is warm and welcoming with beautiful decors. Staffs are super friendly. I would say after a long time tasted a best tea away from home. Karak chai have got a unique flavour which wants us to come back again. Wish them to keep up the same taste and friendly service.

Visited this lovely place in Hounslow for a weekend brunch after a lazy start of the day The ambience and decor of the place is beautiful. The backdrop wall with flowers is so pretty. It was romantic in a way We had Butter chicken and Masala chips, Samosa chat, rose faluda and (large) Karak coffee. Everything was yummm. I specially liked the coffee, it was perfect to my liking - exact sweetness - strength and quantity. Rose faluda is a must try for all faluda lovers. Samosa chat was with one samosa and chana and all the yumm chutneys...small plate with powerful flavours. It wasn’t heavy on pocket as for everything we paid just around 14 quid. Will surely visit them again to try more of the delis food.

We ordered the Desi breakfast and a Karachi bun kebab on the first day, and both dishes were delicious. The tea was also perfect to our liking. On the second day, we got takeaway wraps—one chicken and one omelette. Both tasted great! The ambience was lovely, though the service for the takeaway was a bit slow. Overall, we had a good experience with the food.

Visited Karak Chai recently and had their chai — it was very good! The sweetness was perfectly balanced, not too high or low, and they also offer a sugar-free option, which is great. Tried the aloo paratha and the Bombay sandwich paratha as well. The paratha was just okay — portion size was quite small for the price. The Bombay sandwich paratha was filled mainly with just potatoes, lacking the bold flavors and sauces you'd expect from something labeled a "Bombay sandwich." Definitely room for improvement in terms of flavor and portion.

We visited with friends for the first time , it was nice , clean restaurant with friendly staff , nice ambiance and great decoration too .Highly recommended to local people to try the real taste of chaii.

A great place to spend time with friends. The design is lovely and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Staffs are super friendly. Tasted the nicest tea away from home after a long time, I would say. Karak chai has a distinct flavor that entices me to return. I hope they continue to provide the same kind of service and taste. I frequently come here for their Karak chai.

Even though prices has gone up a bit. it's well worth it. Priyanka is always welcoming and her customer service is second to none. The only place in hounslow high street where you will be comfortable and the food is freshly made and the Tea Karak they serve is very addictive highly recommend
